Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Provide accurate and friendly solutions to customer issues regarding our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical questions effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service or support experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (required for remote candidates).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
