Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone during evening shifts.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document all interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical department.
- Proactively suggest solutions to improve the customer experience and reduce repeat contacts.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with a professional and friendly tone.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related service role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
