- Process orders, returns, and account inquiries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Update customer records in our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency.

- Reliable transportation to get to the office in London.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
