Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons entering the facility, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process payments and handle returns.
- Assist in organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory displays to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol the premises to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene and appearance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
