Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the sales floor and checkout area in a clean, organized, and inviting condition.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, primarily between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
