Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise during off-peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and currency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
