Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening peak hours.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate product information to clients.
- Document all interactions and issues in our CRM system with precision.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure a smooth handover of unresolved tickets.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
