Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Process transactions using POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team to manage inventory and stock supplies
- Handle cash handling and basic cash register duties
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Food Handler certification a plus
