Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer product and service questions; suggest solutions when customers identify problems.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Transfer customers to the relevant department if their inquiry requires specialized assistance.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications
