Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and order tracking.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to solve complex problems.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
