As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support during off-peak hours. You will handle inquiries, resolve complex issues, and maintain a positive customer experience from the comfort of your home or our Houston office.
Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chats professionally and efficiently, specifically during evening and weekend shifts.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex cases to senior support staff.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Adherence to Scripts: Follow established guidelines and company policies to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure seamless workflow during shift handovers.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common customer pain points and relay suggestions to management to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM) and/or weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
