- Work reliably during assigned evening and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
