- Adhere to compliance standards for government-contracted services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume settings
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- U.S. citizenship required for government contracts
- Basic knowledge of DC geography and institutions
