Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the Senior Support Manager when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Current students are welcome to apply).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable internet connection for remote or hybrid roles.
