Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues by troubleshooting and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product features.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
