Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product issues and troubleshoot basic technical problems for our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues and product improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required (students welcome!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
