Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and account management.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on user experiences.
- Manage and update client databases within our CRM system efficiently.
- Prepare performance reports and quarterly business reviews for management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
