Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on evening hours.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Update customer records and track issue resolution in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
