Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Manage incoming customer support tickets via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product-related questions for our diverse clientele.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product and management teams to drive improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior support staff and sales representatives to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Knowledge Base: Contribute to the creation and updating of FAQs and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
