Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and recommending solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Update customer account information and process returns or exchanges according to policy.
- Contribute to team meetings and help identify areas for process improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
