Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and account support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company service level agreements.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members during onboarding.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ wpm.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
