- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate assistance via chat, email, and phone during evening shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate recurring customer issues to the product team to help improve our offerings.
- Shift Management: Adhere to evening shift schedules (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST) with reliability and punctuality.
- Collaboration: Partner with the morning support team to ensure seamless coverage and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers, navigating web browsers, and learning new software quickly.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, including weekends, as required by business needs.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting without direct supervision.
