- Maintain Records: Log all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system to ensure continuity.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to transfer critical issues and share insights.
- Knowledge Base: Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in remote desktop tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Schedule: Ability to work flexible evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST) without supervision.
