Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist clients in navigating our software platform and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify common user pain points and suggest improvements.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to team meetings and contribute ideas for process optimization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
