Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to a diverse client base during evening hours.
- Manage client onboarding processes and ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Monitor account health and proactively address potential churn risks.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed CRM records.
- Collaborate with the Product team to relay user feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk preferred).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
