- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
