- Handle 30+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Update and maintain CRM records with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participate in weekly training sessions
- Support seasonal peak periods with flexible availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week (including weekends)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if occasional site visits required)
