- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using systematic troubleshooting and creative solutions
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining a 98%+ satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and report trends to management
- Support inventory management and store merchandising initiatives
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square, Shopify) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
