- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and propose solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and adherence to KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our premium services.
Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with high reliability.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
