Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on solving problems efficiently.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients in Charlotte and beyond.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system with precision.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex customer complaints.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Upsell relevant products and services to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
