Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to solve it.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
- Enter and update customer information into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation (if on-site) or stable internet connection (if remote).
