Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on rapid and accurate resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the Senior Support team when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace during your shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be able to work Evening (5 PM - 10 PM) and Weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite and patient demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
