Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Resolve product issues and escalate complex matters to the store manager.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
