Your Role
You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Update customer records and maintain a clean, organized database of client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
