Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person assistance and digital engagement
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Execute promotional events and seasonal programming with enthusiasm
- Maintain accurate customer feedback and operational reporting
- Collaborate with retail partners to enhance guest experiences
- Support visual merchandising and facility maintenance standards
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in retail, event management, or similar field preferred
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth tourism landscape beneficial
