Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and break down event equipment (sound systems, staging, lighting)
- Manage guest flow and ensure attendee safety at all venues
- Assist with VIP guest registration and credential verification
- Monitor equipment functionality and report technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with venue managers to maintain event aesthetics
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure scenarios
- Conduct post-event equipment inventory and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends required)
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge

- Reliable transportation to Stockton venues
