Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso beverages using premium beans
- Manage remote customer orders via our online platform and mobile app
- Engage with customers through virtual channels (social media, live chat)
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply chain coordination remotely
- Train new hires on coffee preparation techniques and digital systems
- Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years coffee preparation experience or equivalent training
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital order management tools
- Exceptional communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations
