Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee techniques including latte art, pour-overs, and espresso extraction with precision
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing standards and customer service excellence
- Develop seasonal menus featuring locally-sourced ingredients and innovative flavor profiles
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance for premium coffee beans and supplies

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with advanced latte art certification
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methodologies
