Responsibilities
- Execute complex espresso extraction and latte art with precision
- Develop seasonal beverage menus featuring premium ingredients
- Mentor junior baristas on techniques and customer engagement
- Manage inventory and maintain pristine equipment hygiene
- Drive sales through upselling and personalized recommendations
- Participate in community events and coffee education workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with portfolio of latte art
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
- Expertise in espresso calibration and milk texturing
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
