- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat queries with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve Issues: Assist customers with product information, returns, exchanges, and order tracking in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to the management team to help improve our products and services.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Gently promote our loyalty program and new product lines to enhance the customer's shopping journey.
- Maintain Records: Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and inventory teams to ensure a seamless in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
