Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages according to our recipes.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and making recommendations with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn the craft.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
