Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks following artisanal recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support inventory management and restocking operations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food/beverage service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
