Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment per health standards
- Process POS transactions and handle cash/credit card payments
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team to create welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Strong customer service orientation with positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
