Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and cold brew.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide a friendly, efficient checkout experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso machine, pastry case, and dining area.
- Follow recipe standards to ensure consistent product quality.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Participate in daily inventory checks and restock supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food safety regulations.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
