Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, and tea beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain a pristine workspace including espresso machine, counters, and seating areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
