Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized warehouse space through proper stocking and cycle counting
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable transportation to access our 24/7 facility
