Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently using material handling equipment.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with high accuracy to ensure proper stock levels.
- Perform daily quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of orders for distribution.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve any operational issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
