Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake, scheduling, and registration during evening hours
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff for urgent patient needs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Handle billing inquiries and insurance verification processes
- Oversee night shift facility operations and security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors after hours
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years healthcare administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic or similar)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly (11 PM - 7 AM, 3-4 shifts weekly)
