Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical conditions throughout the night shift.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with the daytime nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or CPR certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible weekends and rotating night shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
