Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with RNs to implement care plans and respond to emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments under provider supervision
- Maintain a safe, sanitized patient environment
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during night hours
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant certification
- 6 months of clinical experience in hospital setting preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
